4. My chart feels off—what should I do?
Tap Be You → Your Story → Redo Natal Chart to re-enter your birth details and generate multiple chart versions. Choose the one that feels most accurate—our recommended version is labeled in the center.
5. Why does Hypergate offer five different charts?
Time zone differences, daylight savings, or slight birth time errors can shift your Ascendant. We provide five chart variations so you can intuitively select the one that resonates most. Astrology should feel personal, not forced.
6. Can I add other people’s charts (like my partner or child)?
We’re working on it. Our future roadmap includes a full synastry feature and the ability to add multiple profiles—perfect for astrologers, coaches, or anyone wanting to explore relationships, family dynamics, or client work.
Until then, here’s the current best method:
Upload a screenshot of the other person’s natal chart (and transits, if needed) directly into your chat with Hypergate. Since your chart is already saved, the AI can instantly compare and offer insight.
Suggested prompts to use in chat:
- This is my partner’s chart. Can you show how our energies interact—especially in love, communication, and emotional growth?
- Just uploaded my partner’s chart—can you break down how we connect and where our energy might clash or harmonize?
- Uploaded my child’s chart—can you help me understand how to best support their emotional and energetic needs based on how our charts interact?
You can also log out and sign in with a different email to create a separate chart, but uploading a screenshot is usually faster.
Daily Insights & Tools
7. How are my daily insights generated?
They’re based on your natal chart, current planetary transits, and how those transits interact with your chart. Daily guidance is also influenced by David Palmer (The Leo King) through his astrology and tarot updates on HighVibe.TV. Hypergate’s AI translates this into grounded, usable insight.
8. Can I get notifications for transits or moon phases?
Custom notifications are coming soon. For now, you can ask Hypergate directly for the latest transits or moon phase updates anytime.
Tech & Subscription Questions
9. I’m having trouble logging in—what should I do?
Make sure you're using the email you originally signed up with. If needed, tap “Forgot Password” and check your spam or junk folder.
10. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your profile, select Be You → Subscriptions, and you’ll be able to manage or cancel your plan. If you need help, use the Help Scout chat box in the bottom-right corner of the main Hypergate page.
11. Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your chart data and insights remain stored under your account email. If you decide to return later, everything will still be there.
12. Is Hypergate replacing Astromystic.ai?
Yes. Hypergate.ai is the updated platform intended to fully replace Astromystic.ai.
If you were previously subscribed to Astromystic, you’ve already been automatically subscribed to Hypergate—no need to sign up again, and you are not being double-charged. We simply transferred your existing account data to make the transition as smooth as possible.
If you’d like to switch to the $9/month basic tier, you’ll need to cancel your old Astromystic plan and manually subscribe to the new Hypergate pricing. Just note:
- The $9/month plan uses a more lightweight AI model
- It does not include access to image generation or David AI voice features
